Gymnasts train on a competitional level. 4 times per week (around 12h / week). Participation at national and international competitions.

Competition Licence for competitions of the flemish gymnastics federation has to be bought seperately. Participation at these competitions is not possible without this licence. Gymnasts without the Belgian nationality are not obligated to participate.

Monday: 17:00-20:00 (MAW)
Wednesday: 15:30-18:30 (SJC)
Friday: 17:00-20:00 (SJC)
Saturday: 09:00-12:00 (MAW)
